Magnattack Global's General and Technical Support Manager, Kevin Baker, spoke at the Food Safety Summit Conference on the final day of the Pack Expo exhibition. The presentation was directed at food processors and how they can effectively judge if their magnets are performing to current industry and food safety standards. The discussion also covered the importance of magnets and why they are necessary, the importance of magnet validations, and the ongoing debate about pull testing vs gauss testing.
